National Roadside Assist reserves the right to withdraw service where use is excessive due to lack of regular maintenance or the failure to rectify any ongoing fault.
Please be aware that you will not be entitled to free service, including "Extras Cover", for any pre-existing issues for your vehicle. Your service will commence once all details and payment have been validated by our Administration staff. This could take up to 48 hours. All assistance within the first 48 hours will be at your cost. Pre-existing issues, whether known to us, or as identified by our attending contractor, will result in the service being invoiced to you and your membership being suspended until payment have been received by us. By purchasing this product you agree to the above and confirm that your vehicle does not have any pre-existing issues/faults.
The roadside assistance membership is valid for the vehicle, not just for the person who owns the car. This means that all family members will be covered for the unexpected, when they are driving the covered vehicle as well. Please note - National Roadside Assist products do not cover vehicles manufactured earlier than 2005 (20 years or older). National Roadside Assist products do not cover vehicles owned and operated by Working Holiday Makers (back packers / Subclass 417 or 462 visa holders), Non-Australian Driver's licence holders and Non-Australian Residents. National Roadside Assist Retail products for sale on this website are not available in New Zealand.
Your National Roadside Assist membership has a 7 day cooling-off period from the date of purchase. You will be entitled to a refund if you cancel and have not used any of the membership benefits within the 7 day cooling-off period. You will not be entitled to a refund if you cancel and have used any of the membership benefits within the 7 day cooling-off period. If you wish to cancel your membership after the cooling-off period of 7 days, even if you haven’t used any membership benefits, you will not be entitled to a refund.
National Roadside Assist Pty Ltd reserves the right to amend its “Exclusions and Limitations” of policies without prior notice.
An excess will apply to tows and roadside assistance requests where the service vehicle needs to travel further than your coverage limits/service radius. Excesses will also be payable for vehicles longer than 5.5 meters in length or heavier than 3.5 tonnes. Quotes for the excess can be provided upon request at the time of the call for assistance.
